Just wanted to drop a note and say what a great  job Rick Rebelez with Sunsational Floor Care did on my carpet.  He arrived exactly when he said he would , and was very polite and cheerful and explained what he was doing to the carpet as he was doing it.   Rick was very professional as he was cleaning my carpets and had them done and looking outstanding in no time.  I would highly recommend him and his business to all my friends.

I had the BEST carpeting cleaning ever for my mom. I thought we had to get new carpet. It had a bad odor, stains that where so dark.  We had Rick come over and look at it. Said I can take care of this no problem. Very reasonable, honest, friendly, and was just a very pleasant person. You could tell he loves his job. Lots of pride in his work. Amazing and very pleased. Thank you Rick.  I will always recommend you .

On a Saturday, July 13th, late in the afternoon, we called Rick in need of an urgent need for bedroom carpet cleaning and a 8 x 10 area rug, after renters had 3 dogs living in our house, unknown to us.  He showed up on short notice the very next day, at 9:00 a.m., on a Sunday morning.  There were dog urine stains in several areas on the light cream colored area rug as well as extensive soiling from human foot traffic.  The guest bedroom had a large dog urine stain as well as dried dog urine puddles on our tile.   He is professional, friendly and provides great service.  We will definitely recommend him to friends for carpet, upholstery and grout cleaning.  Our tile grout was cleaned previously by another popular company and Rick assured us that he could greatly improve on their results.  looking forward to having him come back for that job at a later time to remove the dog urine stains from the grout.
