Upholstery Cleaning
We clean all types of upholstery. Some require different methods & chemicals. All upholstery is cleanable & must be evaluated on site for damage. We completely disassemble sofas and sectionals to clean all sides of cushions, back pillows, linings & skirting.

Carpet Cleaning
We use state of the art truck mounted steam extraction equipment. Steam extraction at 220-degrees leaves carpets nearly dry w/ dry time at 1 - 3 hours. We offer several options based on carpet conditions to achieve best results. Pretreatment for all areas with rotary restoration for heavy soil areas.
Prices as follows;
1. Moderately soiled carpet @ $29 per room
2. Heavily soiled traffic areas @ $35 per room
3. Restorative clean heavy soil / spotting pretreat rotary scrub, citric acid rinse @ $55 per room
4. Stairs @ $3 per stain

Pet Damage
We inspect with a black light to identify urine / feces damage, then do a complete visual inspection to establish a game plan. We then suggest in most cases a treatment we call the 1-2-3 punch for pets. It consists of 1. Germicidal wash for odor 2. Enzyme for staining 3. Citric Acid to thoroughly rinse. These are topical treatments.

Tile & Grout Cleaning and Repair
Tile & grout vary between natural stone, glazed tile and hand formed Saltillo, a traditional Mexican tile. Each stone requires specialty chemicals but boil down to (2) main categories, Alkaline & Acidic. If the wrong chemicals are used you can ruin a floor. Proper identification & inspection are required for best results.

It is also important once the cleaning process is complete to inspect grout because grout in traffic areas may be darker than less triangle areas. If customer wants grout to be the exact color throughout then we suggest color seaming the grout.
This involves painting the grout lines with a specialty product that is applied & soaks into grout, giving it an even color. Customers can choose from a wide variety of colors to suit their taste. If customer is satisfied with regular cleaning the next steps once the grout is dry is to seal the grout. Sealer will protect the grout from soiling & allow for easy maintenance of grout in the future.
